Responsibilities & Tasks
To direct, formulate and implement strategies for rehabilitation of Troubled & Impaired Assets deemed to be viable and recovery of non-viable Assets to minimise the impact on the Bank�s earnings. It will lead a team responsible for the administration and development of appropriate customer strategies, coordinating the appointment of Receivers and appointments of specialist and provide timely management reports on the activities of the Division.
Salary & Remuneration
This is a senior Management position and the successful candidate will be paid the current remuneration rate and benefits enjoyed by the Management team.
Qualification
Applicant should hold a in Degree in Accounting, Commerce or Banking.
The applicant must have 5 to 7 years experience in Business and Credit roles within a commercial/development banking environment. At least 3 years at a managerial level within a credit or risk environment. A sound knowledge base of legal and other external issues impacting upon the workout and recovery process will be n advantage.
